I fall into the camp that says we should keep the National Palace of Culture, at least until a better replacement has been built. Sure it has its problems but it is conveniently located, caters for a wide variety of activities and uses and has loads of parking. Plus after attending an event there you can easily visit one of Sofia’s great nearby restaurants.
